[Request] Support for Windows ARM

It would be so nice to be able to install this app natively on my surface pro with snapdragon cpu.

if someone needs it, I have built portable 0.6 version for ARM WIndows. This is my fork: https://github.com/alexiokay/infinipaint

Works well for me, the only issues are:

1. when I create text area and click inside it doesn't trigger the on-screen keyboard.
2. The line drawings in / \ axis are waving, but it's the problem of the surface pen technology. I tried to implement different algorithms, but I guess it's not possible to fix it completely with software.
