Rewrote features/my-apps/index to fully align with info.erp.net page framework: Value Proposition → Why This Matters → Key Capabilities → How it works → Use cases → Why ERP.net → Next steps. Reduced generic SaaS wording by grounding claims in concrete, checkable mechanisms inside ERP.net (shared platform concepts, consistent access rights, preserved business context). Clarified key My Apps concepts: Team Collaboration as group-based chat (1:1 to departments) with discussions, video calls, and file exchange; To Do as a lightweight capture tool that complements advanced task management; Calendar as a unified commitments view including Outlook sync; Documents as the cross-module responsibility queue for items “Assigned to user”. Expanded scenarios to reflect real daily workflows and improved readability with sentence-per-line Markdown formatting and clean paragraph breaks. Added/updated “Learn more / Next steps” links for existing subpages and listed planned subpages (Documents, Notifications, Calendar).
Created a new info.erp.net subpage for Notifications under the My Apps section, following the canonical structure (Value Proposition → Why This Matters → Key Capabilities → How it works → Use cases → Why ERP.net → Next steps). Emphasized the key differentiator: notifications grouped by business object, enabling context-first awareness with less noise and without missing important updates. Documented core user actions: filter unread vs all, mark notifications as read, open related object context, and create a To Do directly from a notification. Added “Why ERP.net” differentiation based on platform-level consistency: shared objects, shared access rights, and predictable notification classes/settings across @@name. Included Next steps links to My Apps and related subpages, plus references to technical documentation for deeper details.
Created a new info.erp.net subpage for Documents within the My Apps section, following the canonical structure (Value Proposition → Why This Matters → Key Capabilities → How it works → Use cases → Why ERP.net → Next steps). Centered the concept on a clear, checkable mechanism: Documents lists all ERP.net documents where “Assigned to user” equals the current user, providing a cross-module responsibility queue. Explained the role of Assigned to user as the explicit owner for administrative completion and progression of a document, reducing navigation and preventing documents from getting “stuck” in handovers. Included practical scenarios (cross-module admin follow-up, clean responsibility handover, daily triage, coordination around a document) and positioned Tiles as a way to save frequently used document views. Added Next steps links to My Apps and related subpages and referenced the technical documentation for deeper detail.
Fully rewrote the To Do subpage to match the My Apps canonical info.erp.net structure (Value Proposition → Why This Matters → Key Capabilities → How it works → Use cases → Why ERP.net → Next steps). Reduced generic SaaS wording and positioned To Do as a lightweight layer that complements advanced work management in ERP.net, rather than replacing it. Added a clear explanation of task origin and context: personal To Dos, Social Group-assigned To Dos, and To Dos linked to host records (e.g., documents, activities, Cases). Highlighted multi-level sorting and daily triage as a key capability for managing mixed-source tasks efficiently. Updated “How it works” to reflect default visibility of linked To Dos and improved readability with sentence-per-line Markdown formatting.
Created a new My Calendar subpage in the My Apps section, distinct from the existing CRM Calendar feature page (left unchanged). Positioned My Calendar as a personal planning view in @@name, emphasizing the ability to add personal (private) commitments and stay time-aware in the same environment as daily work. Explained consolidation logic for group activities: My Calendar summarizes activities from Social Groups and shows only those where the user is involved (participant/responsible/owner), keeping the personal view relevant. Followed the canonical info.erp.net structure (Value Proposition → Why This Matters → Key Capabilities → How it works → Use cases → Why ERP.net → Next steps) and used sentence-per-line Markdown formatting. Added next-step links to related My Apps pages and referenced the existing CRM Calendar page for broader feature coverage.
Moved the My Calendar article to the My Apps section to align with workspace structure. No content changes.

…ngthen in-ERP context Revised the My Apps Team Collaboration page to align with the info.erp.net canonical structure and messaging. Expanded the introduction by reusing and refining key phrasing from the previous version, keeping the tone engaging while remaining compliant with the presales canon. Strengthened the core differentiator: chat, calendar, To Dos, files, Cases, and video meetings are embedded inside @@name, preserving links to projects and records and keeping collaboration context intact (no external-tool synchronization). Added missing capabilities: Cases tab (group ↔ Case linkage in both directions, including creating a group from a Case) and Video Meetings tab, including the ability to record and store meetings when needed. Kept and repositioned the two existing TIP callouts to the most relevant sections (onboarding by membership; group calendar/files visibility + personal calendar participation). Added a recommended screenshot placement to visually demonstrate the unified Social Group workspace.

This Pull Request updates and expands the My Apps section on info.erp.net to provide a clearer, more human, and more consistent representation of the personal workspace on ERP.net.

The main My Apps page has been redesigned with a focus on:
the personal workspace as part of the ERP context, not as a separate tool
clear logic “why it exists → how it helps → how to use it”
Existing subpages have been revised to follow a unified style and structure:

New pages have been added in the same format:
Documents – personal list of documents by responsibility
Notifications – awareness grouped by object and context
My Calendar – personal calendar as part of My Apps
The style of the CTA sections and navigation links between the My Apps pages has been unified
The @@name placeholder and the structure used in the other feature articles have been preserved
The goal of the changes is:
better first-contact text for the reader
less “ERP documentation”, more understandable narrative
clear distinction between My Apps and the heavier work management modules
