Cleaned-up set of AL2023 STIG content fixes rebased onto Eric's remove-merge-commit base. - Remove unused al2023 transforms (constants.xslt, xccdf-apply-overlay-stig.xslt, xccdf2table-profileccirefs.xslt); update CMakeLists.txt and oval.template accordingly - Fix Jinja2 macro in package_rsyslog-gnutls_installed rule to use complete_ocil_entry_package_installed instead of complete_ocil_entry_package - Add stig_al2023 selector for the sshd_approved_macs variable - Add al2023 architecture flag support to the privileged command audit rules (bash/ansible/oval/kubernetes templates and tests)
