List the HuffRouter deployments that the retired @ekubo/evm-hyper-router-sdk targeted, per chain and per published version range, tell integrators to revoke remaining approvals, and explain why routes must be re-encoded with @ekubo/yul-router-sdk rather than re-pointed: the Yul Router rejects HuffRouter calldata with InvalidRoute, and integrationFee, delegatecall and the unbounded slippage default have no equivalent.
