Summary

Replaces the binary My login/logout messages toggle with a 3-state cycle setting (Login/logout messages) under the General category in the Bridge Config screen:

1. All (Default): Everyone with login/logout messages enabled sees your login/logout announcements and log-in streaks; you see announcements from other members who broadcast.
2. Hide Mine: Nobody sees your login/logout announcements, your login/logout and streak messages are not sent to the bridge; you still see announcements from other members who broadcast.
3. Hide All: Nobody sees your login/logout announcements, your login/logout and streak messages are not sent to the bridge; and you do not see others' login/logout notices.

Migration & Compatibility

• Existing configs with �nnounceSelfPresence = true migrate to LoginLogoutMode.ALL.
• Existing configs with �nnounceSelfPresence = false migrate to LoginLogoutMode.HIDE_MINE.
• Missing fields default to LoginLogoutMode.ALL.

Testing

• Unit tests added in BridgeConfigTest validating default value, serialization round-trip, and legacy migration.
• Spotless formatting and build checks passed.
