T3 Code Mini can leave the browser callback routed to T3 Code Nightly when xdg-mime reports a cache fallback instead of the explicit user association.

This reads the explicit user MIME owner before installing the temporary callback, always claims the scheme for the active login, restores the previous owner only if the plugin still owns it, removes stale callback entries, and includes regression coverage. The tracked runtime is rebuilt with the pinned toolchain.

Validation:

  • pnpm check
  • pnpm verify:marketplace-runtime
  • live ownership handoff and restoration
