Thanks @Relm-Arrowny! This is brilliant, sorry it has taken me so long to look at it.
I haven't looked carefully through data_reduction.py and it looks like there might be a normalisation issue based on the example notebook, but this is something that can be addressed later.
I'll address the merge conflicts and merge the request.
