cothread fails to build on OpenBSD #87

using pip, either on-line or from a local clone, the build step on OpenBSD crashes with

context/cocore.c:37:10: fatal error: 'malloc.h' file not found

because the OpenBSD case is not considered in the forest of ifdefs related to malloc and memalign.

I submitted MR #86 that trivially fixes the problem.
