Localize UI and enable resizable table columns

Summary

Adds AceLocale-based enUS/zhCN localization for table headers, titlebar controls, settings, categories, expansions, and profession names.

Also enables LiqUI resizable columns for the Main and Checklist tables, with window sizing updated to use horizontal scrolling when table content exceeds the screen-safe width.

Fixes

• Reapplies dynamic table columns before render so Darkmoon/Catch-Up columns stay aligned.
• Removes the old titlebar icon path override and relies on LiqUI v1.3.0 embedded media paths.

Testing

• Ran git diff --check.
• Some verification checked in game.
