docs: unify notebook reference format - #109

One style for every Reference cell: one-line APA-like entries with a DOI link and what the notebook uses the paper for, fields checked on Crossref (13 Sun 2023 volume/article, 05 Liang year, 17 Whitmore author/venue). nb17's download footer gets its own cell; nb15 drops a stray cell id that failed nbformat validation.
