Documents the new custom_instructions parameter on POST /v2/document.

  • New custom_instructions field in the document upload request body, worded like the text translation field. On this endpoint it is a JSON array of strings sent as a single form field, for example ["Use a friendly, diplomatic tone"], and invalid values are rejected with 400.
  • New "Using Custom Instructions" request example.
  • The custom instructions guide links the document translation reference.

Please hold the merge until the parameter is live on the API.
