Add MapleDNS public recursive resolver. GeoDNS directs each client to the closest node for best latency (Canada/US/Germany). No query logging. Blocks ads, trackers and malware. DNSSEC validating.

A more important issue is that the server isn't reachable at all.

Stamps now embed each node's IP (IPv4 entry and IPv6 entry), so no bootstrap resolution is needed.
Certificate hashes are omitted intentionally: certificates are issued per node and rotate frequently.
Plain DNS (Do53) is intentionally not offered. DoH and DoT only.
