Add clarifications to Documentation section

• Implementations are expected to point to the API specifications stored on GitHub (or serve a copy).
• Automatic-generation is only applicable to the specifications stored in the DINA-Web/..-specs repositories.
• Examples and tutorials to explore an API are encouraged.
• The master copy of the specification is the neutral/community space (DINA-Web/...-specs).
