- enable Docusaurus multi-language: i18n config block, locale dropdown in navbar (en + ru/de/zh/ko)
- make transformer plugin process translated content: include i18n/ dir in the md loader
- make link/@short resolution i18n-aware: resolve sidebar_label from the localized copy first, fall back to docs/ (English)
- add translation scaffolding and UI strings per locale (code.json, navbar.json, footer.json, current.json); empty current/ dirs left for future doc-page translations
- doc pages under docs/ are not translated yet (fall back to en)
