**Learning:** `process_dir` 함수가 호출될 때마다 크기가 큰 CSS 문자열 할당과 비용이 많이 드는 SHA-256 해시 계산이 반복해서 실행되는 성능 병목 현상이 있었습니다. 이를 `private object`로 추출하여 1회만 계산되도록 하면 매 디렉토리마다 발생하는 불필요한 CPU 및 메모리 할당 오버헤드를 방지할 수 있습니다.
**Action:** 루프 내부나 자주 호출되는 함수 내부의 불변이고 결정론적인 계산(예: 정적 문자열, 해싱)은 항상 `private object`(`const val` 및 `@JvmField` 사용)로 추출하여 한 번만 계산되도록 최적화합니다.
