docs(embeddings): add module and MCP guidance

Summary

• Add a discoverable opt-in embeddings module page and deep dive (disabled by default, not in standalone; eight stable v0.17 modules plus opt-in embeddings).
• Document the full Admin/MCP surface (12 route tools plus get_config_embeddings / patch_config_embeddings) and the Client vs Admin vs Database split: text-in search only on Client POST /embeddings/search; Database owns Vector fields, indexes, and raw-vector search.
• Cross-link the module catalog, MCP setup, client API, database vector ownership, and Compose/Helm deploy notes. Regenerate llms.txt / llms-full.txt.

Test plan

• pnpm generate:llms — 40 pages
• pnpm check:links — 40 doc slugs, no broken /docs/ links
• pnpm exec eslint src/lib/modules-data.ts
• pnpm exec tsc --noEmit
• Preview /docs/modules/embeddings and catalog/sidebar discovery
