build(deps): land the non-major npm bumps from Renovate #207

Renovate #207 has been conflicting since 2026-08-24. Of its 15 targets, dev is already at or past 14 of them (several by a major, electron 44 and npm 12). The one still behind was fumadocs-mdx's declared floor in apps/docs (^15.0.12 -> ^15.4.0); the lockfile had already resolved 15.4.0, so this only moves the manifest. Lockfile regenerated, docs build clean, no install-script allowlist change needed. #207 closes as superseded once this merges.
