Add Support for TablEdit files #3006

Requested via #2963

Adding TablEdit as additional format would open the door to a wide pool of input files. alphaTab should support the format as good as possible on import side. No exporter for now.

We've got the spec at hands and the approval from the TablEdit devs (thanks Matthieu 😉 ).
