What changed
Docs-only outreach refresh. Record four tailored Show and tell introductions (Open WebUI, NiceGUI, Translate You, Chats), a concrete Chatbox CSS review, and a reply to new Hermes mirroring feedback. Retain the exact submitted messages and verified public URLs. Update the outreach kit to the published web 0.4.0 release, Node floor, source-only native boundaries and 932 immutable release fixtures. Record the merged awesome-i18n listing without implying adoption or attributing stars.
No runtime, dependency, corpus, model output, data migration, global alignment or release change. The separate draft audit PR #162 is not merged or published by this outreach work.
Evidence
Security and language review
No credentials, personal address lists, private mail bodies, telemetry or attachments are included. Public-facing text discloses authorship and AI assistance. No claims of native-speaker, accessibility or production certification are made. Projects prohibiting autonomous/LLM contributions were deferred; declined and unchanged proposals were not bumped. The outreach log distinguishes submissions, listings and merges from pilots, dependency adoption and endorsements.
