## Why Add Cheaper Inference as a cloud provider so users can access its models through FCC. Closes #1898. ## How Register Cheaper Inference on the shared OpenAI chat transport with the fixed `https://api.cheaperinference.com/v1` endpoint, an API key, and an optional outbound proxy. Discover streaming text models through the authenticated catalog using its documented filters, including their context and output limits. Add the provider card with its logo and website link, credential validation, a README entry, and the smoke configuration. Bump FCC from 6.2.65 to 6.2.66. Fix the browser account test to wait for its held request before consuming it.
