## Why Fixes #1851. Groq returns HTTP 413 when a request exceeds its token-rate allowance. Claude interprets that status as a 32MB attachment limit, even for a fresh text-only conversation. ## How Recognize Groq's structured token-limit rejection at the provider boundary and return a non-retryable HTTP 400 with actionable guidance and the original quota details. Share recognition with the existing completion-budget correction, which still runs before reporting a terminal failure. This corrects the error explanation; Groq's allowance remains enforced. Add provider and Messages/Responses API regression coverage. Bump the patch version to 6.2.54.
