The Build Clover Release job failed when its GMP download from
ftp.gnu.orgtimed out. The toolchain downloader also combined conflicting curl output options.ftpmirror.gnu.orgfor GNU toolchain archives.DownloadGNU "gmp/${GMP_VERSION}.tar.xz"
