Añade la sección curricular s4-programacion-orientada-objetos-2 (8 unidades, 40 lecciones, 32 prácticas) al Course csharp-poo-1 existente, usando la capa de authoring declarativa colocalizada por unidad (prisma/content/courses/csharp-poo-1/units/09-colecciones..16-integrador). S3 (POO I) se reutiliza sin cambios vía adaptLegacyUnits. Las 8 unidades nuevas quedan published:false a la espera del release gate. Metadata general del Course actualizada para cubrir ambas asignaturas (title/description/subjectName); slug/language/executionProfile no cambian. tests/content/course-contract.test.ts: reemplaza el describe de "curriculum de C#: 1 sección" por el contrato de las 2 secciones (S3 sin cambios académicos: 8 units/33 lessons/161 steps/32 practices; S4: 8 units/40 lessons/32 practices, todas unpublished); fija el baseline total (16 units, 73 lessons, 321 steps, 64 practices); agrega un describe de política de ejecución de S4 (ningún ejemplo/práctica de redes abre socket real, ningún reto de concurrencia con Thread calificado por stdout sin Join/lock, localOnlyNote presente en todo code_example no ejecutable, las 8 unidades S4 unpublished). tests/content/authoring.test.ts: el describe de equivalencia legacy para C# ahora compara sólo la porción S3 (unidades/practicas legacy) contra `cursoCsharpPoo1`/`csharpPracticeSets`, en vez del Course completo — S4 es contenido nuevo sin contraparte legacy, y la metadata general del Course cambió a propósito para cubrir ambas asignaturas.
