El README abría con el índice de la documentación técnica: stack, estructura de directorios, variables de entorno y modelos ORM antes de decir qué hace el producto. Ahora abre con el brief real de la app, el diagrama del pipeline, la pantalla de generación reflejando el estado del backend y las páginas del .docx que produce el ensamblador (portada institucional, cita en el texto y referencias APA 7). La referencia técnica en español se conserva completa en docs/referencia-tecnica.md, junto a la documentación que ya vivía en docs/.
