add reconnect method

Make it possible to manually reconnect a disconnected client. https://github.com/BrunoRB/socket.io-unit/commit/e7bfda30dfc94815d7083f4543d273793cf3cd71 contains an initial attempt, I didn't finished it because apparently manual reconnections in socket.io don't behave as you would expect.
