Root-cause fix for the recurring Windows whack-a-mole (v0.9.2 merge, #82, #83 each failed on different 5-8s tests): bun's 5000ms default per-test timeout is routinely exceeded by git/npm cold starts on windows-latest. A codemod appended
{ timeout: 60_000 }to all 383 unbudgeted top-level test closers in the 25 files that spawn git/npm subprocesses. Raised ceilings only — passing tests are unaffected; genuinely hung tests still fail, just slower. Two consecutive full-suite runs: 1272 pass / 0 fail.
