[BUG] - BasicExtractionAlgorithm Extract(PageArea page, IReadOnlyList<float> verticalRulingPositions) failing

Using the BasicExtractionAlgorithm, when invoking the Extract method that receives IReadOnlyList<float> verticalRulingPositions parameter, the result always consists of a single column, no matter what gets passed.
