Adds an insect/debris classifier to the BugPicker pipeline to help filter debris before picking. Updates the scan and segmentation scripts to classify detected objects, record prediction confidence, and exclude objects classified as debris from the picking workflow.
The classifier currently uses a default selection threshold of 0.50 (--classifier-threshold), which can be adjusted during testing and experimentation.
