Broadly, there are two ways to generate the model export parameters. Suggest briefly describe the two ways and make a conceptual link to bllflow.
The two ways are:
- Automatically generated through our workflow output (bllflow, recodeflow, etc). For example our table 1 becomes descriptive information for a model.
- Manually transcribed from published papers other documentation. This is likely the most common path for colloborators that are external to our teams.
