If suspend, then it works as wanted, without resuming from suspension.

I doubt that shutdown and turning up again to reach decryption prompt, lid closed, shut down the screen such that it consumes less than suspension. It would be nice to have charging without discharging much while having laptop in BFU.

I have read Wikipedia: USB hardware#USB Power Delivery (1373002732) which seems to state that the Fairphone 4 should be charged while the Framework 13 is shut down.
