Provide capability to post test report in PRs so that external contributors get information about test runs as well.

This could be a single comment that shows what the performance was and how it responded to growing requests.

Additional context
Not all contributors to repos have access to the Azure resources, so that means that load tests for PRs might be automatically load tested and contributors do not know the outcome.

Hi Tom Kerkhove (@tomkerkhove). Thanks for reaching out. The action exports the test results to the folder “loadTest\results.zip”. You could use this to comment on the PR using any action available for this purpose. Would that work for your scenario?

It depends, what is part of the results ZIP?

PS: If it would work, it might be a valuable example to add to this repo.
