Revert "fix(github): use API-resolved org login for OIDC subject claims“ to avoid issue AADSTS7002138 "The subject matches with case-insensitive comparison, but not with case-sensitive comparison. Check your federated identity credential Subject, Audience and Issuer against the presented assertion."
We combine the change to PR #138, but facing the issue AADSTS7002138. Revert the change for a safe release. will fix the issue AADSTS7002138 that is described in PR 135 if needed in the future.
