Freshness review September 2026: add 7 projects, fix broken and restricted links

Freshness review of the list, September 2026. Every link in the README was checked. Each change below was verified against the live target on 2026-09-08.

Added (Projects)

• Galactica aztec-x402 — x402 payment protocol for Aztec private tokens. Active repository.
• Nyx — private transfers and private yield from an Ethereum wallet. Listed on aztec.network/projects.
• Human Tech — private identity and proof of personhood. Public Aztec repositories under holonym-foundation.
• Train — Aztec-to-L2 bridge.
• Olla Finance — liquid staking protocol for Aztec. Public core repository.
• Warptoad — cross-chain private transfers. Active repository.
• Primus Labs — zkTLS verification on Aztec, with a public demo repository.

Fixed

• Forum link now points to https://forum.aztec.network/. The discourse subdomain no longer resolves.
• Reference section: the PXE API Reference and Current Limitations pages returned 404. Replaced with the current TypeScript API Reference and the current Limitations page.
• RavenHouse description typo.

Marked as archived

• defi-wonderland/aztec-standards is archived on GitHub. Kept in both places it is listed, with an archived note, because it is still the only token standard reference in the list.

Removed

• defi-wonderland/aztec-boilerplate — archived on GitHub.
• Aztec Boxes and the unbox sub-bullet — the boxes/ directory no longer exists in aztec-packages on master or next.
• Aztec Test Runner — GitHub Marketplace listing returns 404 and no repository was found.
• Latency Explorer — the GitHub Pages site redirects logged-out visitors to a GitHub login.
• Immutables via salt — Slack permalink, only reachable by workspace members.
• Private Stablecoin working doc — Google Doc, returns 401 without access.

Checked, no change

• All remaining docs.aztec.network links return 200.
• The three Notion design docs are public.
• Idle repositories (aztec-atvs-proof, private-CMTAT-aztec, aztec_storage_proofs, aztec-web-starter) are kept. None is near the 18 month removal line from the June review.
• Medium returns 403 to non-browser clients only. dashtec.xyz and aztec.tools are up.
