Real-time TCP network quality heatmap with GPS tracking
PingLossMap is an Android app for network administrators and engineers who need to visualize network performance across physical locations. Walk around a building, campus, or city — and see exactly where your network drops, lags, or excels.
- 🗺️ Live GPS Heatmap — every measurement is tagged with your exact GPS coordinates and plotted on an interactive OpenStreetMap
- 📶 TCP Ping & Packet Loss — measures real TCP latency and packet loss to any IP address or domain
- 📍 Real-time Location Marker — bright blue position indicator so you always know where you are on the map
- 💾 Export to CSV & GeoJSON — save your sessions and open them in QGIS, Excel, or any GIS tool
- 📂 Load & Compare Sessions — overlay multiple measurement sessions on the same map
- 🔒 Map Lock Mode — keep the map centered on your position while you move
- 📊 Statistics Panel — min/max/avg ping, packet loss %, jitter, and stability score
| Feature | FREE | PRO |

- Enter a target IP address or domain (e.g.
8.8.8.8) - Tap START — the app begins sending TCP probes while tracking your GPS position
- Each measurement appears as a colored dot on the map:
- 🟢 Green — excellent (< 100ms)
- 🟡 Yellow — good (100–300ms)
- 🟠 Orange — degraded (300–700ms)
- 🔴 Red — timeout / packet loss
- Tap SAVE to export your session as CSV and GeoJSON
- Wi-Fi coverage audits in offices and warehouses
- Cellular signal quality mapping
- Campus network troubleshooting
- ISP performance verification
- Field network diagnostics
- Kotlin, Android SDK 35
- OSMDroid for map rendering
- Google Play Billing 7.0.0
