Combined the install guide reviews because both include minimal content and therefore needed minimal edits.
Edits for C2PA include a handful of style and consistency tweaks and adding a "next steps" subhead. Removed the "overview" subhead.
Edits for ExifTools are similar to C2PA. I split up some of the Windows UI steps. Split some longer sentences.
Will link to #3937 out of both install guides when ready
