GitHub strips the emoji from a heading slug but keeps the U+FE0F variation selector, so
## 🖥️ Target platformsrendered as#️-target-platformswhile the three links pointed at#-target-platforms. Dropping the variation selector makes the slug match. Same for the Tasks Reference heading, which nothing links to yet.
