Summary

• Surface exact-head PR risk and scope queries in the ArchDev skill.
• Document assessment input verification and missing-evidence handling, plus repository rule-candidate queries without implying PR rule verdicts.
• Keep reads separate from assessment-free PR reporting and regenerate all eight harness bundles.

Verification

• Plugin generator: all 63 tests pass, typecheck passes, generated files match the catalog.
• Bash skill-bootstrap tests pass; git diff --check is clean.
• CLI 0.54.0 live reads confirmed PR metadata/scope fields and repository rule-candidate queries. An assessment-input lookup returned kept: false; the guidance explicitly treats that as unavailable evidence, not successful verification.

Scope and limitations

Documentation and contract tests only; no runtime or setup changes. Repository candidates do not establish a PR's applicable rules or per-rule pass/fail results.
