Adds an
APPIMAGETOOL_RUNTIME_FILEenvironment variable that specifies the path to a locally downloaded AppImage runtime, removing the need to specify--runtime-fileevery appimagetool run.--runtime-filetakes precedence over this environment variable if specified.Also addresses: #108
