CAS-S3 GC interval 60s

The ASan CAS-S3 stateless shards on MasterCI run 32969478793 hit GitHub's 6h job timeout at ~78% with cas_gc_interval_sec 5. This PR only changes that test-disk override to the product default of 60s.
