- Update device driver deprecation data:
- walk AlmaLinux 9.8 and 10.2 release notes (in addition to 8.10) so devices re-enabled by AlmaLinux are marked available in EL10 (previously only 8.10 and 9.6 were walked and no device was ever marked available in 10)
- fixes false "unsupported device" inhibitor on 9 -> 10 upgrades, e.g. Broadcom / LSI SAS2008 Fusion-MPT SAS-2 (`0x1000:0x0072`, `mpt3sas`)
- Vendor **MariaDB**: drop legacy 2010 key, keep current signing key only
