Nice catch fixing the mail_to misuse on the sponsor link and the code-of-conduct contact link, both were passing args in the wrong order before and would've produced broken mailto: links. Good while you're in here.
- Corrected French and English translations, including conference dates. - Localized footer links for "Built with Ruby" and "Code of Conduct" in Swahili, French, and English.
