Round 2 complete: CC-ready staged research plan

Documentation only. No production code, ABI, storage, ClassId or merge. Branch based independently on main.

Purpose

Stage D-STAUNEN-2 of the DT64 intrinsic-plasticity convergence. Preserves the biology vs epistemology vs HDC vs logic distinctions, with source links, pinned external research, exact known repo anchors, independent oracles and negative/disable gates.

CC landing instructions

  1. Read CLAUDE.md and the new docs/research/learning/d-staunen-2-atlasir-snn-hdc-moore.md, plus D-STAUNEN-0: preserve DT64 neuro-symbolic plasticity convergence mindmap (research only) #1885 mindmap.
  2. Verify current main and each named owner before assigning work; do not duplicate lance-graph-nsl: NSL neighbor selection + graph loss against frozen NSL oracles; production-path evaluation #1846, docs(research): DR64³ exact residuals × Predicate64/Thought64/CE64 epiphany learning #1847 or xlog-relcomp-probe: execute on ndarray::simd; bind through lance-graph-dt64; pin the Epi5 reading #1884.
  3. Treat OPEN / PROPOSED and historical sources as no implementation claim.
  4. Run this stage's named falsifiers and exact scalar/source oracles before optimization or production promotion.
  5. Report every refusal, semantic/numeric profile, source root, source version and counterexample. No result based on self-reinforcing duplicate evidence.
  6. Land doc-only separately when reviewed; downstream code work needs an explicitly approved owning PR.

Cross-stage dependencies

Mindmap #1885; ISA #1886; biology #1887; XLOG/NSL #1888; meta-learning #1889. The branches are not stacked; this is a logical research sequence, not a source-code merge chain.

Verification status

Documentation created/updated on GitHub only; no compilation, benchmarks or scientific experiments executed by this PR. Do not merge automatically.
