mistaber-kripke-probe: HHTL16 Register128 rows replace the name interner - #1875

World, proposition and rule nodes are 512-byte rows in the HHTL16 opt-in format (Register0 = x bytes, Register1 = y bytes, 16 Morton8x8 columns: identity + up to 15 addresses). Each population's classid lives on its RegisterLanes, never in row bytes. Accessibility is derived from world rows; a 16th parent is refused. Every compose goes through bind_dr64 and relcomp::Chain. Names exist only at the membrane (parse, render); a compile-time AddressOnly guard keeps Strings out of the solved state. The Kripke probe's solved state no longer holds names as Strings. World, proposition and rule nodes are 512-byte rows in the HHTL16 format.
