This changelist updates the version of open_pbr_surface to 1.1.2, matching the upcoming OpenPBR release, and integrates two upstream UI name changes for transmission_scatter_anisotropy and subsurface_scatter_anisotropy, clarifying that these inputs control phase function anisotropy.

Looks good to me, the only discrepancy with the upcoming OpenPBR release is the use of the new mincomponent node which might require further alignment on the OpenPBR side but not blocking I think.

Thanks @AdrienHerubel! Yes, since the mincomponent node is very new to MaterialX, and the two approaches are mathematically identical, my thinking is that we should defer its inclusion in the OpenPBR reference graph to v1.2.

Bumps the OpenPBR version to 1.1.2:
- `reference/open_pbr_surface.mtlx`: node definition `version="1.1.2"`.
- `index.html`: specification header set to v1.1.2, dated 2026-10-28 (to be adjusted to the actual release date if needed).
- `CHANGELOG.md`: adds this change to the 1.1.2 section.

This matches the MaterialX node definition submitted in AcademySoftwareFoundation/MaterialX#3124. Apart from the version, the two node definitions now only differ by whitespace and by the use of `mincomponent` on the MaterialX side, a node only available after MaterialX 1.39.5, which is intentionally not ported here to keep the reference graph compatible with released MaterialX versions.
