Records the actual live v2 and fully empty stop-sequence canaries after PR116. Independent retained-body signatures, original assignment seals, prompt/response/evidence commitments and local scoring verify. All failed worker verdicts are preserved; no model-identity claim, historical replay or economic activation. The live delivery gates for public promotion are now satisfied. Both bounded private selector variants passed ten recovery/timing tests; git diff --check is clean. Production code and artifacts are unchanged.
