bug: live match cards never see per-round T/CT scores - #423

Guest select on match_map_rounds only returned Finished and Surrendered maps, so a live 9-7 had nothing to build the side split from. Include in-progress map statuses so the existing match page can show [T:CT] during the game. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
