You can control your Arduino board using ArduinoCommander android app.

Bluetooth shield support is provided out-of-box: all you need is to upload modified StandardFirmata sketch. Starting ArduinoCommander v3.0 you can control it via Ethernet-shield also and you need libs and sketch from this repository.

Note: only W5100-based Ethernet shields (official or cheaper ones) are supported at this time. Please contribute for Enc28J60-based shields support.
