SHOW was accept-all: SHOW DEVICE/ZQ and SHOW LOGICAL/OUTPUT=file dropped the qualifier and wrote the report to the terminal. cmd_show now validates against a per-sub-verb table of exactly what each handler reads. TIME keeps its oracle-pinned NOQUAL, SYMBOL its own IVQUAL, CLUSTER is untouched (cluster lane). SHOW MEMORY's handler now reads the canonical /PHYSICAL_MEMORY name (/PHYSICAL still resolves as an abbreviation).
Tests: tests/dcl/test_show_qualifier_validation.sh, tests/qemu/test_syssvc_dcl_show_quals.c (exit 77 w/o executive). Negctl: dcl-show-quals-accept-all.
