[Feature]: Add support to set custom pathname for optimized image #37
Hi there!
Thanks for this tool, very convenient in day to day work with images. I have a feature request.
Description
I noticed that there is no option to set a filename for the new optimized image. Instead i am using the -o option to set a directory name for the new image. But i would like to save the new result in the same directory and not overwriting the initial image.
Suggested Solution
Add a command line flag -p to set the hole pathname for the new result.
Hi! Thanks for the suggestion — I really appreciate it.
I added two new flags, --prefix and --suffix, which let you add text to the beginning or end of the output filename. This makes it possible to write the optimized image to the same directory without overwriting the original.
To use these flags, please update to version 12.1.0. If this doesn’t fully cover your use case, feel free to reopen the issue.
