Subject: [PATCH] docs(readme): point star history chart at
star-history.dera.page
The star history chart in README and README.zh-CN is currently broken because the previous provider relies on the GitHub stargazer API. Switch the chart to the dera.page instance, which uses a different data source that requires no API token, and update the wrapping links to the hash-based URL form.
